The last day of the week and wind-god Eric played his cards again. The perfect end to the perfect week.
Today was our busiest day and categorically the best so far. Read more to find out why.
A gentle bike ride, a quick bit of tanning followed by an amazing afternoon of blasting in the high winds.... (photos on their way!)

I first met Emma Johansson in Margarita and at first sight you wouldn’t put her down as the hardcore windsurfer that she is. She is a very pretty petite blonde with a very very sweet nature. But don’t let that fool you. This girls rips on the water and is as fearless as can be. She is also one of the nicest girls I have ever met. I thought it only fair to share her with you!
Due to ‘technical difficulties’ we have had to postpone the UK tour. We will be re-arranging the dates for the end of the summer. Sorry guys!
Here’s a tongue in cheek bit of a laugh for you all (but don’t forget to vote when the time comes!)

The first Diva week of the year went off with a cracking start. Read about the week here......
Due to various circumstances we have been forced to cancel the Marazion venue from our tour. Sorry guys!
Myself, Bubble and Colin Dixon are coming to the UK to do a spring coaching tour for guys and gals but at some of the venues I will be offering a Diva/ girls only option. With the backing of Club Vass we are able to offer you a very exciting incentive to come and join us (not that you need one naturally but everyone loves surprises!!) Read on for more information.
Marco Wedele (pronounced ‘fiddly’!) is windsurfings all smiling, all dancing super legend! Not only is he a fab instructor but he gives Michael Jackson a run for his money on the dance floor. He is about to embark on this years European Freestyle Tour so ladies what more could you ask for? Blonde hair, blue eyes, a great windsurfer and a great cook (apparently!). Get in there..................!!!!
Anyone who windsurfs or knows a windsurfer or has ever picked up a windsurfing magazine wil surely know the name Lucy Horwood. She has been one of the UKs most successful lady windsurfers to date. With British and European titles under her belt in slalom and fornula racing, this lovely Welsh lass is now a leading Olympic contender. But don’t be fooled - get this girl in the waves or on freestyle kit and she is a force to be reckoned with.
Lucy is highly motivated and motivating and she is always willing to help folks out and get them involved in her sport. Like most female sailors she wants girls to grow in confidence and get out there and compete.
This exceptional lady is one of the most fun girls I have ever met as anyone who has been out partying with her will testify. She is a real work hard, play hard kind of a lass and gives everything 110%. I was lucky enough to track her down amidst her hectic (and seemingly fairly gruelling) schedule. Be inspired......
Festive wishes to you all. I hope you all had a good holiday and are looking forward to some New Years sailing. I am in the UK at the moment enjoying some time off with Bubble and my family for the first time in a few years. Bubble and I will both be at the London Boat Show at Excel In January working on the Club Vass stand so come along and say hello!
Thank you very much to everyone who supported me in 2006, especially Starboard and Severne who have given me the privilege of using their amazing equipment, Bubble for encouraging me, my Mum and sister for putting up with two windsurfers and their belongings descending on them frequently, Mike Harman for letting us use his van and being incredibly enthusiastic about the sport, Shannon, Andrea and Mr Wellie for my hangovers, Rob for giving me a job and lots of cheeky e-mails, Louise for all her photography and Linda for being one of the most incredible people I have ever met in my life and not forgetting all the ladies from the 2006 Diva weeks - you guys rock!! Here’s to 2007.....
