Favourite equipment: Gaastra Poison 5.8 and having board loving issues at present so undecided! Cross between S Type 104 and Carve 99.

Favourite place to sail: Camel Beach, Turkey

Why I love windsurfing: Its one of the most technical sports anyone will ever come across with the most continually differing factors, wind, weather, attitude, capability, sail size, board type/size, location. I love it because it makes me feel alive, not always in a good way, but alive all the same. The highs are better than drugs!

Memorable moment; First time i ever planed, July 1995. First time i carve gybed.

Did you know: You should never eat yellow snow.

Motto for life: If you are gonna be good, be good, if you are gonna be bad, BE CAREFUL.

And finally: Love you Joanna, Miss YOU.

With windsurfing, if you can learn to perservere with it, then you will make it. Its do-able for everyone, thats a fact, its just physical and mental determination that you need.
